Emma Damiral is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labour and Employment Practice. Emma has a broad range of contentious and noncontentious employment experience. She has worked in a number of different areas of employment law, including advising on employment aspects of corporate and outsourcing transactions, redundancy programmes, and the enforceability of restrictive covenants; drafting and negotiating compromise agreements for employers and senior executives; reviewing and drafting employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, bonus schemes, and policies and procedures; and advising on day-to-day employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, sickness absence, terminations, and TUPE situations. She has also been involved in and advises clients on employment tribunal and high court proceedings, including claims of unfair dismissal, breach of contract, and discrimination.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Emma was an employment associate at a major US law firm in London.

Emma earned her LPC, with commendation, from the College of Law of England and Wales, London in 2000 and her LLB from the University of Leicester, England in 1999.

Emma is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
