Joshua Charles Prever

Joshua C. Prever is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. Mr. Prever's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation involving toxic torts, securities and general commercial litigation. He also has represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Prever earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002. While in law school, he was a member of University of Miami Law Review and served as a member of the executive board. Mr. Prever received several distinguished honors from the University of Miami, including Order of the Coif and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement, and he was awarded both the Dean’s and the Gordon Scholarships.

Mr. Prever earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in international relations from the Honors College of Florida International University in 1999.

Mr. Prever is admitted to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.
