Anne Elizabeth Sullivan is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s FDA/Healthcare Regulation Practice. Our attorneys regularly advise clients in the life sciences industry regarding a full range of matters, including joint venturing and licensing issues; healthcare reimbursement and product pricing; and product packaging, labeling, inspections, and recalls. We serve companies that develop, manufacture, and market drugs, devices, foods, food additives, dietary supplements, food packaging, and other products regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and related U.S. and international agencies.

Ms. Sullivan focuses on regulatory issues affecting pharmaceutical and medical device companies, hospitals, and other health service providers, including Medicare and Medicaid coverage, reimbursement, and compliance issues. In her work, Ms. Sullivan brings to bear her background as a registered nurse and holds active licenses to practice as an R.N. in California and Massachusetts. In the past, she has been licensed in Florida, Maryland, and Bermuda, U.K.

Ms. Sullivan earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2003, where she was an associate editor for the Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy. While in law school, Ms. Sullivan attended Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland for its International Business and Trade Summer Law Program in 2001.

Ms. Sullivan is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Minnesota and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
