Sean P. Lynch is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Lynch focuses his practice primarily on employment litigation in both state and federal courts, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. He also represents employers in wage and hour class actions and counsels employers on a wide range of employment law issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Lynch was an associate at a prominent Mid-Atlantic law firm, focusing on general commercial litigation. He represented corporate clients and individuals before state and federal courts in a broad range of litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Lynch received his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002, where he was named to the Order of the Coif and awarded the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Award for Outstanding Achievement for his work with Seton Hall's Civil Litigation Clinic. While in law school, Mr. Lynch was active in several student organizations and was also a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. He received his B.A., cum laude, in politics from Wake Forest University in 1999.
Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
