Joan Ingram is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Tax Practice. Her practice focuses on international transactions, most often for U.S. enterprises and individuals undertaking activities abroad, or foreign enterprises and individuals undertaking activities in the United States.

Joan's practice also includes structuring, documenting and implementing offshore investment funds, including serving as a liaison with foreign counsel; preparing a full range of international commercial agreements, including agency agreements, licenses, employment agreements, shareholders' agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements; and organizing and operating corporations in many foreign jurisdictions.

Joan has substantial experience in advising on and documenting international tax planning for companies and individuals, including preparation of transnational deferred compensation plans, UK dual employment contracts and tax-efficient structures using tax treaties and trusts.

Joan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania only.
