Helena Guidolin

Associate

Helena Guidolin is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Helena advises on a wide range of international banking and finance work, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, trade finance, and asset finance. She advises borrowers and lenders across a number of industry sectors, including power, oil and gas, mining, transport and infrastructure, and insurance. Helena predominantly works in emerging markets but also has experience in the UK and throughout Europe, Africa, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, and Asia.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Helena was an associate in the corporate practice of another international law firm, resident in London.

Helena received her LPC from the College of Law of England and Wales, London, in 2003; her Postgraduate Degree (Law) from the University of Westminster, England, in 2002; and her LLB (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2001.

Helena is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
