Janine Castorina

Associate

Janine Castorina is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Castorina focuses her practice on the representation of businesses in connection with insurance coverage and environmental litigation. She represents policyholders in various types of insurance coverage disputes, including coverage for environmental damage, claims for bad faith, and personal injury claims.

Ms. Castorina also represents clients involved in extensive environmental litigation in federal and state courts concerning a wide variety of issues, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act, in addition to numerous state statutes and common law claims.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Castorina represented and advised clients in complex trial matters in federal and state courts involving insurance coverage and environmental matters. She also spent several years as a prosecutor and instructor in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps.

Ms. Castorina earned her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 1998 and her B.S. from Tulane University in 1995.

Ms. Castorina is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, Maryland, and Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
