Jonathan D. Bauer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Personal Law Practice. Our Personal Law Practice serves the legal and financial interests of individuals and family-owned businesses, particularly in traditional estate, investment and tax planning, and the administration of estates and trusts. We also represent individuals and family groups with substantial wealth in planning for the continued control and succession of closely held business enterprises, organizing and managing charitable trusts and foundations, and managing other personal financial interests.

Mr. Bauer earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Bauer clerked for Judge Richard B. Klein of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bauer earned his B.S. in business administration and international studies from the University of Kansas in 2003.

Mr. Bauer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
