Mark Szubiak

Associate

Mark Szubiak is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Szubiak represents publicly and privately held clients in a range of business and transactional matters which include general business law, securities law, corporate finance and structure, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Szubiak worked at two major New York law firms; at one as a corporate associate, where he focused on general corporate law and cross-border capital market transactions, and at the other as a tax associate.

Mr. Szubiak earned his J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 1996, where he was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He earned his B.S., magna cum laude, in accounting from New York University Stern School of Business in 1993.

Mr. Szubiak is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
