Bartholomew Chacchia is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Mr. Chacchia received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2006. Prior to and during his attendance in law school, he was a litigation paralegal for a total of nine years, including a three-year tenure with Morgan Lewis from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Chacchia received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Rochester in 1997.
