Andrew R. Mariniello is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Mariniello was a senior corporate associate in the New York office of a major international law firm.

Mr. Mariniello earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005. Prior to law school, Mr. Mariniello worked as a financial analyst in the investments department of an international insurance company in New York. Mr. Mariniello earned his B.A. in government from Georgetown University in 1999.

Mr. Mariniello is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
