Kate F. McMahon

Kate F. McMahon is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Ms. McMahon received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007, where she was a member of the Journal of Law and Social Change. While in law school, she interned for the judicial chambers of the U.N. International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and held an externship at the Capital Habeas Unit of the Philadelphia Federal Defenders Association. Ms. McMahon earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in English and sociology from Boston College in 2003.

Ms. McMahon is admitted to practice in New York.
