Aline Bourcereau is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. She focuses on criminal financial law (corporations and securities law), criminal economic law (antitrust and trade regulation laws), criminal environmental law (classified plants), industrial risks law, criminal labor law and city planning law.

In the past year, Ms. Bourcereau has assisted the team with advising on major significant cases such as the Air France Concord crash (July 2000), the collapsing of the gangway of the Queen Mary II (November 2003) and the Paris Region government contracts case. From 2002 to 2004, she was a law clerk for Judge Maligner Peyron, the investigating judge of the Paris financial pole. Ms. Bourcereau was recruited as part of Thierry Dalmasso's team.

Ms. Bourcereau is admitted to practice in Paris.
