Vincent Dufief is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Dufief focuses his practice on criminal economic law, industrial risks law, criminal labor law, press and data protection law, corporate compliance, and cybercrime law.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Dufief was an associate at a French firm. From 2002 to 2003, he was a law clerk for Judge Bismuth-Sauron, the investigating judge of the Paris financial pole.

Mr. Dufief earned his Certificat de Sciences Criminelles from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Institut de Criminologie de Paris in 2002; his D.E.A in information sciences from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2001; and his Maîtrise de Droit des Affaires from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada) in 2000. He is a former young listener from the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies, and he serves as a reserve officer in the French Navy. Mr. Dufief is fluent in French and English.

Mr. Dufief has published several articles in the French press, including the French daily financial newspaper Les Echos.

Mr. Dufief is admitted to practice in Paris.
