Christopher C. Loeber is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice with a focus on Insurance Recovery. Mr. Loeber represents Fortune 500 and similar insureds in a broad range of complex insurance coverage disputes, including matters involving directors and officers, fiduciary liability, comprehensive general liability, errors and omissions, first party property, and broad-based leveraged corporate-owned life insurance policies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Loeber spent eight years representing multinational insurance carriers in intellectual property and environmental coverage related lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Mr. Loeber frequently writes and lectures on a variety of insurance coverage topics. He is a contributor to Insurance Coverage Disputes (Law Journal Press). He is also a co-author of "Non-Verbal Behavior, Gender and Influence," Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, June 1995.
Mr. Loeber earned his J.D. in 1994 from the Fordham University School of Law where he served as the senior articles editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. He earned his A.B. in psychology from The College of the Holy Cross in 1991.
Mr. Loeber is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
