Andrew C. Costello is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies. Mr. Costello focuses his practice on derivatives, securitizations, film and media financing, and other financial matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Costello worked in the Capital Markets Department of a prominent law firm in New York, focusing on CDOs, CLOs, derivatives, and other complex structured products.

Mr. Costello received his J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in 2006, where he served as an editor for both the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce and The Labor Lawyer. Mr. Costello received his B.S., cum laude, in accounting and management information systems from LaSalle University in 2003.

Mr. Costello is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
