Joseph A. O'Connor, Jr. serves as a consultant to Morgan Lewis's Personal Law Practice. Mr. O'Connor's practice focuses on financial and tax planning, including estate planning for wealthy individuals; personal income tax; closely held businesses, including shareholder agreements; and income and estate tax audits. He also has handled numerous personal law litigation matters.
Mr. O'Connor has experience representing charitable foundations, including preparation of Internal Revenue Service ruling requests and providing advice about the formation and administration of charitable organizations.
Mr. O'Connor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
