Irene Pyun Kim is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Real Estate Practice. Our real estate attorneys represent major corporations, regional and national developers, REITs, private equity funds, institutional lenders, investors, pension funds and advisers, and special servicers in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis in 2005, Ms. Kim practiced corporate law at a leading national law firm for six years.

Ms. Kim earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 1999, where she was a Carolyn Craig Franklin Scholar. She earned her B.A., with highest honors, in political science from the University of California, San Diego in 1996.

Ms. Kim is admitted to practice in California.
