David G. Bowman is director of Morgan Lewis Resources-Workplace Training and Consulting and a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice. In this capacity, Mr. Bowman develops interactive training programs dealing with the issues that are of greatest concern to companies today. He has counseled and trained employees on topics such as workplace diversity, sexual harassment, discrimination, ethics, equal opportunity, and other substantive employment areas. In addition to training, he also consults with a variety of organizations on diversity initiatives. More specifically, he helps organizations improve the success of their diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing successful programs to help recruit, hire, retain and promote qualified diverse candidates. Mr. Bowman served on the faculty of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination's training certification program for two years.

Additionally, he has represented clients in a variety of legal proceedings including trials, dispositive motions, hearings, preliminary injunctions and depositions. Mr. Bowman also represents employers in employment discrimination actions and wrongful discharge cases in state and federal courts, as well as before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
