Brian M. Jazaeri

Brian M. Jazaeri is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Jazaeri's practice focuses on a broad range of state and federal commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on business dispute litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving fraud, breach of contract, products liability, toxic torts, unfair business practices, and class action issues.

Mr. Jazaeri received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2002, where he received the CALI Award of Excellence in Legal Writing and Research and was recognized for Best Oral Argument and Best Brief in Moot Court. He received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998.

Mr. Jazaeri is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
