Melissa Souza is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Attorneys in this practice offer a full range of counseling, prosecution, licensing, and litigation services to U.S. and foreign enterprises in a variety of industries. We counsel clients on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection issues, as well as matters arising from franchising, advertising, the Internet and e-commerce, outsourcing, and managed services.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Souza was an associate at a large international law firm.

Ms. Souza received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006 and her B.S. in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University in 2003.

Ms. Souza is admitted to practice in California.
