Rachelle M. Barstow is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Barstow focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in a broad range of substantive areas including securities, finance, insurance, construction and disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Barstow represents a wide range of clients including financial institutions, shipping companies, insurers, and underwriters.

Ms. Barstow has experience in alternative dispute resolution and has represented clients in numerous international arbitration proceedings in the U.S., U.K., and Canada, including proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the Society of Maritime Arbitrators.

Ms. Barstow received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1996 and her B.A., cum laude, from Yale University in 1992.

Ms. Barstow is admitted to practice in New York.
