Sean M. O’Neill is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. O’Neill was an associate at a large international law firm based in Chicago. While in Chicago, Mr. O’Neill’s practice included counseling clients with respect to complex commercial litigation, antitrust (including HSR compliance and antitrust litigation) issues, utilities and communications regulatory issues, and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. O’Neill received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004 and his B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan in 2001.

Mr. O’Neill is admitted to practice in Florida and Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
