Kazakhstan Fertilisers Group Pte Ltd. ("Kazfert"), an investment vehicle managed by Hong Kong-based private equity firm Sprint Capital Management Limited, has entered into an agreement with Satimola Ltd to acquire Satbor LLP, a potash mining and exploration business in Kazakhstan.
