Many of our lawyers have held senior positions with U.S. antitrust enforcement agencies, including assistant attorney general in charge of the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, deputy director of the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) Bureau of Competition, and director of the FTC's Office of Policy and Evaluation. Our team also includes lawyers who have gained vast experience handling a wide range of client problems and litigation issues through years of hands-on law firm practice.
