We represent developers in various state and federal courts across the country against a variety of claims. We defended a major title insurance company against claims of title defects, including a suit to demolish a 37-story high-rise building, and represented owners of commercial buildings involved in complex and everyday disputes with tenants.

We are also a leader in land use litigation. We represent private and public sector clients in litigation concerning compliance with land use planning laws, such as CEQA and the Subdivision Map Act, disposition and development agreements, referenda, and denials and approvals of land use entitlements, including zoning amendments, exactions and conditional-use permits. We also represent clients in eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters.
