Our structured finance lawyers actively represent the interests of our clients in various matters, including securitization, derivatives, project finance, and structured lending. They have advised on nearly $100 billion of securitizations and other structured financings in the past five years. The firm’s Structured Finance Practice encompasses a full range of domestic and cross-border financings, including the issuance of public and private asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed commercial paper programs, and other privately-structured transactions. The practice also handles workouts of troubled complex structured finance transactions and other bankruptcy-related issues. The practice provides treasury management and general counsel services to its clients.
