Trademark Trial and Appeal Board 2007 Rule Changes

On August 1, 2007, final changes to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Rules were published in the Federal Register. The critical rule changes go into effect on November 1, 2007.
