OFCCP Publishes New FAQs Clarifying the Requirements of the “Internet Applicant” Regulations

On April 4, 2006, OFCCP published on its website 32 new FAQs regarding “Internet Applicant” requirements. The new FAQs provide helpful guidance about how OFCCP intends to enforce the new Internet Applicant regulations just prior to the impending May 6, 2006 end date of the enforcement grace period that OFCCP previously extended to contractors. While most of the FAQs are straightforward, there are several that contractors may find confusing and could be subject to misinterpretation.
