It is 8:30 a.m. You are finishing your first cup of coffee and preparing for a busy day when the telephone rings. It is the plant manager for one of your company's largest manufacturing facilities. Four carloads of government agents are at the plant gates. They have video cameras, protective clothing and at least one armed. This lead agent has just met with the plant manager in the reception area of the administration building. The plant manager is not sure of the agent's name, but believes that he is with the Environmental Protection Agency or the Department of Environmental Resources. The agent says that he has a search warrant, but would like the company to consent to the search.

And, of course, the plant manager wants you to tell him what to do.
