Morgan Lewis Expands Employee Benefits Practice – Opens Dallas Office and Expands Chicago and Los Angeles Offices

Effective September 13, 2004, eight partners joined Morgan Lewis from Jenkens & Gilchrist, a major national law firm. The expansion increases Morgan Lewis presence across the nation, with the opening of a Dallas office, while also strengthening our Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation, Business Finance and Litigation Practices. In particular, our new partners bring with them superior knowledge and skills regarding employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) matters.
