  • Ranked 20th, legal advisors to U.S. mergers & acquisitions based on volume (with 34 deals), Mergermarket, Q3 2009
Additionally, Morgan Lewis was ranked third by both PlacementTracker and PrivateRaise as PIPE market issuer counsel. The firm was also named by PitchBook as the ninth most active law firm in private equity, based on number of deals serviced through the third quarter.
