NEW YORK, September 23, 2009: Morgan Lewis Business & Finance partner Marlee S. Myers, who serves as co-chair of the firm’s Technology Practice and Managing Partner of the firm’s Pittsburgh Office, spoke this morning at a pre-G20 Forum hosted by the Pittsburgh Technology Council featuring the Chairman and CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt.
Mr. Schmidt discussed several key topics including the factors that led Google to establish a permanent presence in Pittsburgh, lessons that he has learned as an international business leader and the unique strategies that Google has implemented to attract and retain the world’s best and brightest employees. He also shared his thoughts on the key actions that world leaders can take to reinvigorate the global economy and participated in a lengthy question and answer session with the members of the Pittsburgh Technology Council.
