WASHINGTON, D.C., June 16, 2011: Philip Miscimarra, a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice, and a Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, will testify on Friday before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform at a field hearing in North Charleston, S.C. The Committee will be exploring the litigation being pursued by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) against Boeing regarding the company's creation of a new 787 Dreamliner assembly line in S.C.
