Jennifer L. Klass Joins Morgan Lewis: Returns to the firm after three years with Goldman Sachs

New York, June 18, 2007: Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is pleased to announce that Jennifer L. Klass has joined the firm as a partner in the Investment Management Practice. Ms. Klass, previously an associate with the firm, most recently served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co. She is resident in the firm's New York office.

"Jen's legal knowledge spans broad aspects of the asset management and brokerage business," says Steven W. Stone, leader of the Investment Management Practice. "We are excited that she has returned to Morgan Lewis."

Ms. Klass supported Goldman Sachs's Private Wealth Management (PWM) business and also counseled business and compliance personnel in Goldman Sachs's investment management arm, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP. Her responsibilities most recently included assisting with the launch of Goldman Sachs's domestic private banking services; developing an electronic delivery platform for client communications; and generally supporting various segments of the PWM business, including in London.

Ms. Klass received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1997 and her B.A. from Lehigh University in 1992.
