The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit upheld the dismissal of a securities suit against Morgan Lewis client Moore Stephens Frost PLC, an accounting firm accused by shareholders of UCAP Inc. of deliberately falsifying audit reports. The federal appeals court upheld a lower court's dismissal of the case against the company.
