Salvador Juncadella, International Consultant resident in the Miami office, was recently accepted to the Panel of International Arbitrators of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association. The ICDR is the largest provider of conflict management and dispute resolution services around the globe. The members of this panel of arbitrators deal with complex international controversies that arise out of joint ventures, partnerships, sales, franchising, patent rights and other investment and trade transactions.
