Morgan Lewis has been named a finalist in the labor and employment category of The American Lawyer's Litigation Department of the Year competition. This is the fourth time that Morgan Lewis has been included as one of the three finalists, including a win for this category in 2006. In announcing this year's honor, The American Lawyer praised the firm's "straightforward, genuine, and hardworking" approach, as described by Charles Kennedy from firm client Tellabs.
