On May 21, Morgan Lewis Antitrust Partner John Shenefield participated in a panel discussion titled “The Role of the Corporation in America: How Are the Rules of Corporate Governance and Antitrust Law Evolving?” The panel was hosted by the Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Shenefield, along with fellow panelists Judge Robert Bork and Professor Heidi Schooner from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University, discussed their views on Irwin Stelzer’s new monograph titled "Coping with Market Power in the Modern Era," which discusses the role of corporations in America and how antitrust law and policy relate to the corporations. Mr. Stelzer is the director of the Hudson Institute’s Center for Economic Policy Studies.
