Judge Sarah Evans Barker of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has thrown out a putative securities class action against orthopedic implant maker and Morgan Lewis client Zimmer Holdings Inc. The accusations were considered too vague under heightened pleading standards for fraud cases.
