HNBA Recognizes Morgan Lewis with Presidential Award for Advocacy

The Hispanic National Bar Association awarded Morgan Lewis with its 2009 Presidential Award for Advocacy at its annual conference in September.

This award is granted to organizations that support the HNBA and have helped the HNBA in advocating for a diverse judiciary. Morgan Lewis received this recognition, in part, for its pro bono assistance to HNBA president Ramona Romero with her prepared testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in support of the confirmation of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the United States Supreme Court.
