Corporate Counsel Ranks Morgan Lewis Top Choice for Outside Counsel

Philadelphia, August 28, 2006 — Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce the firm's number-one ranking by Corporate Counsel in the magazine's 2006 survey of "Who Represents America's Biggest Companies." According to the survey, Morgan Lewis was the firm most often mentioned overall when Fortune 250 companies named their top choices for outside legal help in four general practice areas.
Morgan Lewis was also the top choice among corporate counsel for Labor & Employment representation—and one of the 10 firms most often selected for Litigation. The Corporate Counsel rankings follow Morgan Lewis's designation by The American Lawyer earlier this year as the nation's premier Labor & Employment litigators.
Morgan Lewis Chair Francis M. Milone said the rankings reflect the firm's primary goal of providing excellent service to clients.

Corporate Counsel has conducted the survey of "Who Represents America's Biggest Companies" for the past five years. The magazine asks Fortune 250 companies to list the firms that are on their preferred lists for specific practice areas; that handled the companies' most important cases in the previous year; and that were used most often and/or resulted in the most billings.
