Morgan Lewis has once again been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation with a 100 percent rating in its annual Corporate Equality Index and Best Places to Work Survey for 2012. The firm also received the 100 percent rating in the foundation's 2011 and 2010 surveys.
The 2012 Corporate Equality Index rated employers on corporate policies that affect lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees. This year, more than 130 law firms participated in the survey, with 55 firms receiving a perfect rating. With the 100 rating, the firm completely met all of the criteria for LGBT equality in the workplace as set forth by the HRC Foundation, and will be recommended by the HRC as one of the "Best Places to Work" for LGBT employees.
