SAN FRANCISCO, September 23, 2009: Morgan Lewis Litigation partner and Environmental Practice co-chair Ronald N. Tenpas, the former Assistant Attorney General for the Environmental and Natural Resources Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, will meet this evening with the Wharton Energy Network to discuss carbon emissions.
Among other things, Mr. Tenpas will talk with clean tech and energy industry professionals about how the power industry will be transformed by imminent emissions regulations and what opportunities will be created by this new industry.
