In the 2006 survey of "Who Represents America's Biggest Companies" by Corporate Counsel magazine, Morgan Lewis was the firm most often mentioned overall. Morgan Lewis was also the top choice for labor and employment representation and one of the 10 firms most often selected for litigation.

Corporate Counsel has conducted the survey of "Who Represents America's Biggest Companies" for the past five years. The magazine asks Fortune 250 companies to list the firms that are on their preferred lists for specific practice areas; that handled the companies' most important cases in the previous year; and that were used most often and/or resulted in the most billings.
