Morgan Lewis Labor and Employment Partner and Washington, D.C. Office Managing Partner Grace Speights participated in a November 16, 2009 Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Association roundtable on the Supreme Court's recent decision in Ricci v. DeStefano. The discussion, published in the January/February 2010 issue of Diversity & the Bar, intended to look at how the decision might impact diversity in the legal profession.
