Morgan Lewis Receives 100 Percent Rating on Corporate Equality Index
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP received a 100 percent rating from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation in its Corporate Equality Index 2010.
The Corporate Equality Index is an annual report that rates employers on corporate policies that affect lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees.
Morgan Lewis completely met all of the criteria for LGBT equality in the workplace as set forth by the HRC Foundation, and now will also be recommended by the organization as a preferred workplace for LGBT employees.
The survey, now in its eighth year, rated 590 private employers, including 127 law firms.
