NEW YORK, December 4, 2009: Eastman Kodak Company today announced that it will sell substantially all of the assets associated with its OLED business to a group of LG companies. Morgan Lewis represented the purchasers in this transaction.

The Morgan Lewis team consisted of Business and Finance partner Robert W. Dickey and associates Shawmir Naeem and Andrew Milano, as well as Intellectual Property partner Collin Park.
