Philadelphia, June 15, 2005 — Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP represented NutriSystem, Inc., in its public offering of common stock. NutriSystem sold in total 5,954,125 shares at $11.00 per share. The issuance was underwritten by Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., The Seidler Companies, Inc. and Avondale Partners LLC.
NutriSystem became a publicly traded company in October 1999 (AMEX: NSI). Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania, NutriSystem is a leading provider of weight management products and services.
