We handle transactions of all sizes and degrees of complexity efficiently and practically. We regularly represent many domestic and multinational companies that have significant real estate holdings. Our group, which practices in seven of the firm's U.S. offices, represents companies in acquiring, selling, permitting, leasing, and financing a range of real estate assets. Regular assignments include site acquisition and development of headquarters buildings and warehouse and distribution facilities, purchases and sales of manufacturing and laboratory facilities, and leasing and subleasing of offices and other facilities throughout the country.
